Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective or damaged)
Return Process

Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Beverly Getaway error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be in cash.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. To request cancellation, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the item is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.
